The location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

I was appalled by the smallest parking lot I've ever seen. it was so cramped that I couldn't find a spot when I returned late at night. The TV in my room didn't work at all, which was incredibly disappointing. Additionally, the room décor was drab and uninviting, leaving much to be desired in terms of comfort.

Amenities like the air conditioning worked well, but the room maintenance left much to be desired. a deep clean was definitely overdue. The Single Room was decent. it wasn’t filthy, but it definitely needed some maintenance and a deep clean. The bed was fairly comfy, which was a plus after a long day. The location was convenient for exploring Burbank, but it felt like the room could really use some love to make it feel more inviting.
